I am fairly new to this so please bear with me.

I have dabbled a bit with BDSM in the past and was utterly terrified and exhilarated at the same time.

Up until now I have chosen to stay single, and have lived my life exactly the way I wanted. It has been enjoyable for a great many reasons but has ultimately been unfulfilling. Perhaps it was too much of a good thing, or perhaps it was just lacking in structure and/or discipline. I think this is why I need a change of direction.

Having dipped my toe in the murky waters of BDSM, I realise I would like to immerse myself a lot further. I will not necessarily commit to the first person who claims me, because there needs to be an element of trust (on both sides) before I could agree to a fully encompassing and total relationship. Having tired of being let down by so many shallow vanilla people in the past, I sincerely hope that one day I meet someone with real character to whom I can truly and wholly commit to a new and improved life of subservience in a form not of my choosing.

I am realistic in that this will take time, patience and an open mind, and realise this may involve having to be auditioned more than once, but that's life. They do say there's someone for everyone out there, so I guess we all have to kiss a few Princes and Princesses before we meet a real toad (or something like that).

Reading though some of the forums here, has been most enlightening and has taught me about so many exciting possibilities that I'd never dreamt of. Many of which I started off thinking why would anyone want to do this, but after reading practitioner's views from both sides it becomes easy to understand how both sides can enjoy the same thing for so many different reasons. All of which must bring both sides into closer and more fulfilling relationship than anything that is possible in the vanilla world. Or am I wrong?

To be honest, some of the activities I have listed in this profile are not necessarily things I have tried, but things that I might be persuaded to do. It's almost like being a virgin again, exciting and scarey at the same time Mmmmmmm.

I learn fast and I'm willing to train hard. I just need the right teacher.

Oh, and just in case you care, I especially enjoyed the paddle, cat and bull whip. I can't wait to hear those glorious sounds again and bask in the accompanying afterburn
