| Decided to go along to my first Zumba class last night and boy am I aching from it today. It was a brilliant session, very energetic with great music...I stayed at the back so that I could kinda do my own thing when I lost track of the routine...didnt seem to matter tho as long as we all shook our bits and pieces about. I was gonna go for a swim but was too shattered so came home, showered, had pate on toast for a late tea and then collapsed in front of the TV for the rest of the evening. [more...] | ||

| I've just gone onto my profile page and changed my weight from 12st 8lb back to 10st !!!
I haven't suddenly lost loads of weight but my Master admitted last night to having changed my weight ages ago and I never even noticed!

| Hey Ho....back at work today and during the morning my ear started crackling and getting sore so I rang the Doctor n spoke to the Nurse and Ive got another prescription for antibiotics...so hopefully this time I will get properly sorted and the infection will get nipped in the bud cos Im almost sure the cold, cough and soreness are all connected. | Well its now 3.25am and Ive been up for the last hour! I went to bed coughing and woke up coughing and decided that, as I didnt wanna wake son up I had better make myself a hot drink and sit in the lounge. Ive had a hot honey and lemon but my throat still feels like a feather is tickling it and I just know that as soon as I lie back down the coughing will start again. Ive tried different cough mixtures and cold remedies and Im now weary and tired and a bit weepy especially as Im back at work on Monday after having a week off and I know how shattered I will be if I dont sleep tomorrow evening.. | What a lovely Spring day it turned out to be yesterday, quite different to this morning which looks dull and likely to rain. Master picked me up at lunchtime and we decided to make the most of such a nice day so we drove into the country to a village and found a little old pub where Master had a burger and I had pie and peas. After a leisurely lunch we wandered around a graveyard and went into the very old Church. Then we drove around country roads, not really aiming for anywhere in particular but just enjoying the warmth of the sun through the window and also enjoying each others company. [more...] | ||

| Popped over to see my friend Jill a couple of hours ago for a brew and natter, I should have known better...she lives in a mad house and within minutes I was dancing to the 'Just Dance' game on the wii with her and her young daughter. Wouldnt mind but I was gonna go to the gym and decided against it, opting instead for a quiet brew with my mate! Got to say though, the game is brilliant...loads of dances from 70s and 80s and such good fun. Im sure Ive lost a couple of pounds over the last hour or so n Im exhausted. [more...] | ||

| Went to Manchester on Saturday with my Master, he took me to watch the planes take off at the viewing station next to the Airport for an hour...ok, maybe Im sad but I really enjoyed myself. Then we went into the City for lunch and a coffee before making our way back home cos it was flipping freezing and I was shivering even with my long skirt and winter coat on. [more...] | ||

| Had a bit of a quiet weekend really...Master picked me up at about 9am yesterday morning and we headed out to Lancaster for a look around the shops. The sun came out and although it was chilly it was still lovely wandering around together especially as Master had given me permission to wear a long skirt so I was nice and warm. Alas, Master got a phone call and had to go home early so our full day together didnt happen, instead we drove back at about 12.00, stopping over at a chippy for fish and chips to eat in the van. | Master picked me up early today, 9am, and we set off to visit some farmers markets. Id looked on google last night and found three which we could go to. All three were good in their own way, at the first one there was a stall selling hot bacon and fried onion barm bakes...we each had one and they were so yummy. At the second one we bought chocolate and cheese and then a lady on a bakery stall sent us to find her cafe close by to the market where we had coffee and I had a slice of home made bakewell tart while Master had a cheese and onion flan....both were made on the premises and were lovely. | I was naked when Master arrived last night, eagerly waiting to be caned. Master told me that I didnt feel well enough but I insisted, said I felt ok(even though I was coughing and sniffling). Master put my arms behind my back and proceeded to cane the front of my thighs as Id begged him to. We got to four whacks when I begged him to stop...the pain was incredible even though, looking back, Im sure the whacks were lighter than normal...Master then turned me around and proceeded to cane my ass, I think we got to about six whacks when again, with tears streaming down my face I begged him to stop. | Went to the Chemist this morning to see if I could get something for this dreadful cold, he sent me to see my Doctor, went to the surgery, the receptionist took my details and said a nurse would ring me,went home and an hour later a Doctor rang and told me to go back to the surgery to see a Nurse!!! | Enjoyed being with my Master yesterday for his birthday....Id bought him some pressies and he opened them with me knelt at his feet watching him. This cold is really hanging on and my nose is completely stuffed up and has been since Tuesday so although we had wanted to play it wasn't really possible, instead Master told me to get dressed warmly and he took me over to a little sea side town to get some fresh air. Even though it was really cold outside it was nice to be able to breathe and we had a walk around before stopping for lunch at a cafe. [more...] | ||

| Managed to get myself into work this morning but by lunchtime I felt totally ghastly, couldnt breathe n eyes were streaming etc so I was told very politely to go home and I was sooooo happy to do so. Popped to the supermarket enroute, bought more pills, fruit juice and large tissues and then got home and fell into bed which felt wonderful. I actually slept for a good solid two hours until my dog woke me up by jumping on the bed and trying to suffocate me so I then got up and pottered about for the rest of the afternoon. [more...] | ||

| Well, its 1.37am and Ive woken up feeling dreadful after being asleep for about three hours. This cold is really hanging on, my snout is blocked, heads aching, my mouth and lips are sore and I feel like death warmed up ! | This poor old slave ish has got such a really bad cold....started with an itchy throat yesterday and it rapidly got worse n I hardly slept a wink last night...stuffed up snout, sore throat, headache, mouth ulcers etc. Im tired but putting off going to bed cos I just know I wont be able to sleep even with pillows piled up and the window open.
