| I just wanted a general feel for how long people commute to work. Thing is, my commute is anywhere between 40mins and an hour and a half. A new role has come up that i could go for, which would mean commuting time of about 30mins to 45minutes. I just wondered if that was still a long journey? Or about the norm? [more...] | ||

| If you fuck up and someone has to cover your arse, despite it meaning they will have to go out of their way, it will cause them major disruption and distress and they do it anyway, maybe have the decency to either apologise for fucking up in the first place, or thank them for doing your job for you, rather than coming and saying "Oh, i wouldn't have done it like that.". | I got angry for a bit a few days ago when i heard someone say that some people were calling on Christmas to become a completely secular celebration. Now i have no problem with non-Christians celebrating Christmas, as i do understand that Christmas is more than just a faith commemortation. It has become much bigger than the Christian story of Christ's birth. But to suggest it become secular? I mean, ffs. Look at it's name!
