| New Scientist magazine is interesting this week- from how to find the elusive G spot (perhaps not all women have one) to the efficacy of torture as a method of revealing information. So Torchwood started again last night, what delightful nonsense. Delicious Capt Jack was joined by James Masters aka Spike from Buffy, where he appeared to play a very similar character! | No dear reader, not me (alas, what fun that would be ) but my latest book. Yup a whole novella, sold to an e-book publisher. Now I'm in a total state of panic as there's lots of work to do between now and the publishing date. Ah well, it's all part of life's rich tapestry. I'm going to have a good old go at it, give it my best and if it's too stressful, there's still writing for fun and the short story market out there. [more...]

| Oh yes, we went to the BBB today. A taste of (outside) pervery at last, our first for two months. | I went out last night to a Tribal Belly Dance show. It was excellent. The dancers were very good and I could actually measure the degree of my own progress and feel that I was improving. I recognised almost all the steps this time- it's the choreography and the perfection of each tiny movement that makes a real professional! The belly shivers were awesome. Just the tiniest flutters of the stomach, and being slap bang on the front row I could see everything. Very pretty [more...]
