| 22 years ago today i had my first child.she was born at 8.22pm after a labour of less than 1.30 hrs...a bit of a shock to put it mildly.we woke up a couple and went to sleep a family.her name was wendy,she weighed 6lb10oz and had ginger hair and a creased little forehead and was covered in vernix as she was early but to me she was the most beautiful baby in the world...think all mums feel the same.i didnt have the best of childhoods so to me having my precious baby was so special.i was determined she would have all the love and attention i never had.i remember in the car on the way home i sat in [more...] | ||

| Ive just signed the petition against the new violent images act and want to urge everyone else to do the same.I came accross a brilliant ad for oxfam the other day.it said "dysentry,malaria,apathy...three of the biggest killers of our time"i could have the actual illnesses wrong but the apathy was what made it stand out.lets not be like that with our personal freedom and let our rights be eroded while we sit back and wait for somebody else to fight for us.Degenerates profile has a link to the petition and its dead easy to do...so come on everyone...united we stand,divided(or appathetic)and we fall | ||
