| Well after a week break from work. Mixed with watching movies. Drinking wine. Sleeping well and working out. I must say I am feeling “GRRRRRRREAT!!!”. If I'd became a coach potato then things would have been different. I would have had a huge guilt trip. However, I went into the gym 4 times last week plus Thai boxing.I'm very proud of myself. The feeling of getting stronger, leaner and increased stamina has made it all worthwhile. My smile has increased plus I'm heading into Christmas happier than ever. It all coming together at last.

| I am sooo frustrated right now. Will be in the gym in the morning mi thinks doing a super session. I have to say that the channelling my frustration in not having sex or play is doing wonders for my fitness plan. A pair of jeans that I wore 12 months ago, which were too tight. Are hanging off my arse, which is great. And the chest is getting way big. So I'm on target. Next month I'll be hitting the Moi Thai, boxing, running. So I cannot wait. This time next year I maybe on my way to my 1st marathon. (Amazing,) | ||

| Well after going to the gym for several years, usual routine would be tredmil and then some resistance training using machines, free weight section would usually be to busy to be used. Told them to stuff their membership a few weeks ago. Do I miss it nah not at all. [more...] | ||

| After feeling bloated i consulted the great internet and found that was drinking too little water. So as of last week i have been drinking a shed loads of water. At least 8pints shit its so difficult but .I have been running to the lav is so many times. But i have to say i feeling and looking better.plus cut down on sodium. With the introduction of my new c.v. Work out with kettle bells and TRX suspension training. Its a killer but i am feeling the benefit and seeing the result. So after the double injuries i had over two months ago im back on target. | ||
