| Oh god, this place is like a morgue. All we get are threads about switches, or the dangers of extreme pineapple play (OK, I made that up but you get the point), or crappy poetry (oh ... sorry). | Trying to distract myself by looking outwards, what do I see? I've noticed Iggy Pop's face everywhere recently, on posters and TV ads ... not for drug rehab or something but for ... car insurance. | ... the other night, I came out with some verse concerning the ruins of my most recently defunct relationship - as one does. Obviously, it's quite personal, but maybe it will find some resonance, so I'm posting it here. Although poems are often rather artful and hence not always to be trusted as a record of the writer's true feelings, this one says precisely what I felt; no more and no less.
