Morrisons are selling their 2006 Lagunilla Rioja Reserva at £5 a bottle until Jan 8th. The 2005 was really good and the 2006 is just as good. An excellent quality rioja for this price.

I'm not a man who's fond of turkey. To me gobbling and stuffing should be reserved for priveleged submissives. Not particularly for that reason I roast beef fillet on Christmas day , and normally accompany it with decent Bordeaux or sometimes a spicy Rioja. All change this year. [more...]
