| I am never ever ill. When I am ill I ignore it and carry on. So when I am truly, truly ill, ill like I am now I whine and moan and moan and whinge till people tell me to shut the fuck up. I was ill all over Christmas but I put it down to burning the candle at both ends, working hard but playing harder. I was flu ish last week but was on nights so wasn't so bad, then Tuesday came, I went to work feeling rubbish. | Yes its true! I am much much better still a little cotton wool headed but hey that's almost normal for me! | I have never been a fan of new year. Again, always worked it so never missed what I didn't have. The only year I ever had new year off was 2006, when I was in Sydney, spent it outside the Sydney Harbour Bridge it was an great night but i never in a milion years thought i'd ever do New Year again. | Well my first Christmas was so much fun! Very weird to actually experience Christmas instead of making everyone else's special. I usually finish work by 2am and go round our Boots to see our Jay for thier Christmas night party. Very odd to have been there all day. Me and our Jay had Christmas Eve drinks in my dads end of town which was strange coz I just don't drink the Thibarn street end of Liverpool usually not for 10 years. | Ok that's a gay tag line but tonight is my last night of smoking, and I am seeing my phsyo on Monday to find out what exercise I can do! Focus on what ya can do not what you can't do and all that. Any way work has got strangely quiet and seeing as how so many people have messaged about my wonderful stop smoking document I thought I'd post it here instead of sending it to 20 or so people. Now I did this in Oz, so the dates are wrong you will have to change them. Basically identify why you smoke at what time and why, and think of summat you can do instead.
