| This is just a quick note to say thank you to all who have sent messages of sympathy after my last post. They have been most welcome. I am not overly sad, though, simply because I could see that the poor dog was on his way out anyway, and he has had a very good life really. He came from a rescue home, and was the one nobody else had wanted...(cue big "Aaaawww!") He has had many wonderful years, and been a good companion but it was clearly his time. [more...] | ||

| I felt it looked a bit flat with a plain white background, so I've changed it to something a bit brighter, more sunny and cheery than before. Also tweaked the "unvisited link" colour to be less abrasive compared to the others. It is worth pointing out that I would not necessarily choose to paint a room in these colours, but for painting my blog, I happen to like them. [more...] | ||

| I am very pleased today, because I have lost 5kg of weight over the last couple of weeks. This is important to me because it means that I am recovering my Dominant qualities. It is my view that one cannot be truly Dominant until one has self-discipline and self-dominance. [more...] | ||
