| So this is justice, the day I got the phone call saying he had been convicted on all counts was an interesting day. I broke down and cried when the person on the phone told me, I was happy yet there was still something that seamed to be missing. He had not been sentenced at that time; the judge had remanded him in custody pending some further reports to be drawn up. Not an unusual thing to happen probably more the norm in cases these days. | Well I know the weekend is not over yet but so far it's been a fantastic weekend. Ok Friday wasn't an overly busy or packed day; I had a nice day of relaxing and a GP's visit, with a night out watching Miss_Swoons and shy_sarah doing there thing at the whim wam club, which I thoroughly enjoyed. | Ok this is going to be a bit of a rant based blog, purely because i need to vent a little about my new flatmate. Not because he is messy or untidy or anything like the last lot. But because he is so unorganised. So far in the new flat i have had to sort out every bill that we have, the two things that he had to sort out were the phone bill and the internet conection. Yet after 16 days i ended up shouting at him and calling bt myself and sorted out the phone line, which will be turned on tomorow so yay will have a phone line. | Well it has been an interesting week, what with the court case verdict and moving house. Moving house was as nearly as stressful as giving evidence in court, I was initially in two minds about staying in Birmingham for the second day of the trial to watch the other people give evidence, which looking back on I am glad I didn't. Not because I would have had to have watch him give evidence but because of the mess that surrounded trying to move house. [more...] | ||

| It went on to 3rd day and jury sent out this morning, and returned a GUILTY verdict!!! It's such a huge relife. | ||

| Well its here, I am on my way to birmingham. Its all suddenly dawned on me just how real this all is now. I know past week or so I have been stressed about this, wanting to back out. But now I am well shitting myself at the thought of having to do this. Oh well its the right thing to do and I will have my mum with me. | So the day is approaching, and in all honesty I am starting to get very anxious about it all. In 18 days I will have re-lived for a group of 18 or so people the worst day of my life.
