| Its one of the things I've noticed that's different between the UK and US. Patriotism: seems to have gone missing here. In America, the flag is everywhere, patriotic songs can often be found on any radio station, and we're proud of our national identity- the underdog, the cowboy, the freedom figher helping the world. | My major issue is trust. Why? A million reasons, I suppose, although I've never been analyzed and I think that I'd like to be. I won't say I've had a rough life, because compared to most I've had it pretty good. My dad used to say I had no right to complain about anything, because we've always had the heat on in the house and I've never been hungry (not in the real sense). | You may realize that the drinking age in the states is 21. I am only 22, so I have been drinking for just a year, and I'm too poor to drink often. (yes, I was a good girl and never dank underage. | Recently, I've been spending too much time with him- but I love his company and my place is a complete hole (his is nice). Hence my consant presence. He needs time to be alone (don't we all?) and I have been denying him this. Dare I voice it? I'm a bad girlfriend (this is irrational neurotic paranoia, not statement of fact).
