YKIOK,IJNMK was one of the cornerstone ideas of the alt.sex.bondage newsgroup in the 1990s. It stands for 'Your Kink Is OK, It's Just Not My Kink' and embodies the principle that each person tolerates other people's consensual kinks, even those which appear uninteresting or even repulsive.
