Pervertible

Pervertible (or Pervertable) is a widely used term to describe ordinary non-sexual objects, especially everyday household objects, that can be used sexually, particularly in BDSM play. This can also include furniture that can appear to be vanilla until converted (perverted) to BDSM furniture.

Common pervertibles include:

• bamboo skewers
• bandannas as blindfolds or gags
• banjo picks
• belts
• clothes pegs
• cooking utensils
• electric dog collars
• feathers or feather dusters
• fly swatters
• fruits and vegetables
• hairbrushes
• ice cubes
• medical equipment
• mentholated rubs
• ping-pong (table tennis) paddles
• plastic wrap (clingfilm)
• salt cellars (dildos or butt plugs)
• snake bite kits (provide suction)
• tights (used for tying up)
• various tools
• washing line
