LGBTQ is an abbreviation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning. Sometimes it is also simply LGBT.
It is a way some people use to group together non-heterosexual forms of sexual interest or involvement, rather than simply say 'non-heterosexual'.See Also
