Ego reduction means the lessening of someone's ego or sense of self-worth. This is most easily achieved by humiliation. Successful reduction is a good way to induce entry to subspace .
Care is needed, because excessive ego reduction means destroying one's self-respect, self-confidence, and ability to think independently. Some aftercare may be needed after an effective session.
