"Cruella" is a femdom fetish magazine which contains photo-stories depicting the sexual domination of men by women, with the stories sometimes involving exaggerated and implausible levels of fantasy violence.
The name is presumably derived from the character "Cruella De Vil" from the book "101 Dalmatians".See also
