CBT

Cock and Ball Torture (CBT) is a sexual activity involving torture of the male genitals. This may involve directly painful activities, like wax play and genital spanking, but it may equally consist of prolonged stimulation (teasing), not necessarily leading to orgasm. Erotic electrostimulation is often used in CBT.
