A bondage chair is a large piece of SM equipment found in many dungeons and clubs. Designs differ widely but the principle is usually the same; a strong high backed chair with straps or other fixing points to tie the victim to the chair. Some designs have cut away seats for easier access to genitalia. The fact that the sub is bound seated makes bondage chairs suitable for long term bondage sessions lasting several hours or more as the body is not stressed in anyway. See also
