Back
The back of a person can be any part of them that does not have a forward-facing aspect but references to 'the back' are normally about the rear of the torso, from the buttocks up to the neck and visible to someone standing behind the person (though sometimes the reference may extend around to the sides as far as the torso under the armpits).
The back is a common area for birching and generally playing with BDSM toys.
