BBW is an abbreviation for Big, Beautiful, Woman. (or women, depending on context)
It is a way for overweight females who feel that their size might be a negative issue in attractiveness to promote the potenital attractiveness of themselves "because" of their size, rather than "despite" it.
It is a shorthand often seen on dating sites and other personal profiles.
It can, on occasion, also refer to "Big Breasted Whore"; a term given to submissive women of large upper-body proportions
