Lift Needed From Notts. to Kinkdom! (9)

UK(NG), 3 yrs Would anyone from Nottingham who is going to Kinkdom have two spare seats in their car for Pilgrim_UK and his chum? What with the train disruptions that day he faces a 4-5 hour trip each way. I'm a bit concerned because he's still a bit poorly with his injured arm, and as he'll be DJing at the event he'll be lugging a fair bit of stuff around
Can anyone help liftwise?

I hope we do cos having just come out of hospital and having a substantial amount of kit to lug i'm really not looking forward to a 4+ hour journey with 4 changes.

Unfortunately I cant help with a lift.
However, dependant on how much stuff you have (and I know this isnt an ideal option), have you considered a coach. That should get you to Leeds and then just one change to Halifax. That might be better than the trains due to the engineering works.
Just a thought.

Yeah looked at national express its still a fairly lengthy journey and depending on what kit i need to take I dont really want some of it out of my person/hands as its pretty valuable.

yeah i have the choices of:
leaving at 3am in the morning.. not happening.
leaving about 12 and getting there 3.30.. possible but means a 30 min wait
leaving at 6 and getting there at 10.30 with a 90 minute wait in Sheffield... utterly pointless.
Not looking good so far.
