Weblogs

Was just sat here pondering, if weblogs are to take the place of off topic, then can we at least have them show up in the main discussions page? As I know I for one, hardly ever look on the weblogs and am sure many people on IC are the same.

Removing posts from threads

Is it possible that there could be a marker of some sort put on threads where the author has deleted his/her own posts? I was thinking of something like "post removed by JudyInDsGuise at 15:30 18/11/08", for example.

So can you not search on locked profiles?

Just curious as I noticed a prominent face missing from discussions this week and searches on their profile names didn't work. I found a link to their profile in a post and it looks like they might be on a timeout.

so difficult to get to know others here without accusations of being a time waster ... I haven't had this said to me but it is rare that anyone seems to respond personally to comments ... is there anyway of getting to know others here, build trust etc without going to a munch ? .. these never seem to be on the right day in the right place.... genuine comments and help required...all the best, david

Weblog pages

The new set up for the weblog pages shows them listed on a series of pages. Would it be a good idea if the pages were by date instead of 1,2,3...? I appreciate that this would make the pages of variable length which will require certain programming, but it might make it easier to keep track of weblogs.

Dont know what to do now.

I am aged 54, and it appears that I am way to old for the "IC" listings........ Every time I sign in just lately, there seems to be another batch of really young females who have joined the site........ Ladies of my own age are very few and far between, and I feel as though I have come to the end of the line of searching........ I have been trying to find a lady of around my own age, to form a D/s relationship or companionship, but it now seems an impossibility,- I just dont know now, what to do.
