Why not? It's just getting interesting, what with the issuing of libel writs against those who have wrongly accused MM of Nazi activities.

If you think that will make any difference to the outing of pro Dommes or others involved with the public sector you can think again.
Most people aren't that interesting to the NOTS but those people will still be outed so what freedoms have been won - I'd love to know above and beyond a law for richer people?

I'd say your views are somewhat at odds with those of Mr Justice Eady's but it'll be interesting to see what transpires in future.
With any luck, wins for MM in the upcoming cases in France, Germany & Italy, and here in the UK for libel, will lead to a complete sea change. Both in terms of what the press actually risk 'reporting' and in the number of law firms willing to take on such cases on a 'no win-no fee' basis. Which would be great news for those without MMs financial resources!!
